J.Fox is a young freedom fighter of sorts (not in an actual military). You may remember him from another piece I did: [link]
Here, J is catching a bit of sleep in a war zone, dreaming of a happier life, one with the girl he loves.
One of the things I really enjoyed doing in this piece, was creating different moods through the use of color saturation or lack thereof.
Since I know the gun enthusiasts will want to know, that is an M14 rifle with scope. ^.^
This piece was done with acrylic paints on 9"x12" illustration board.
